Thank you for using MomentStamp (“the App”). Your privacy is extremely important to us, and we are committed to protecting it. This page explains our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the App.

1. Data Collection

We do NOT collect any personal data or information.

MomentStamp operates entirely on your device. All photo processing, timestamp reading, and image saving are performed locally. No photos, metadata, or any personal data is transmitted to external servers or third parties.

We do not integrate any analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking technologies. There is no user registration, and we do not access your device's unique identifiers.

2. Photo Library Access

To provide its core functionality, the App requires access to your photo library:

Read access: To let you select photos from your library for adding timestamps.
Write access: To save new stamped copies back to your library.

The App never reads, modifies, or deletes your original photos. It only creates new stamped copies. You retain full control over your images at all times.

3. Data Sharing

Since we collect no data, we do not share any data with third parties. No data is sold, rented, or disclosed in any form.

4. Children’s Privacy

The App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. It is safe for use by all age groups.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in practice or for legal reasons. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance.
